拉力試驗機的四大常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題和排查的方法

 1、試驗機主機電源有電，但設備不能上下移動(dòng)。
       排除方法：
       檢查是否是15S以后設備還無(wú)法移動(dòng)，因為主機開(kāi)機需要自檢，大概需要15S時(shí)間；檢查上下限位是否再恰當的位置，有一定的運行空間；檢查接入試驗機的電源電壓是否正常。
       或許還會(huì )有其他問(wèn)題，這個(gè)需要我們在日常的生活中不斷地摸索解決的。 

       2、試驗機主機電源不亮，且設備不能上下移動(dòng)。
       排除方法：
       檢查接入試驗機的電源線(xiàn)路是否連接正常；檢查急停開(kāi)關(guān)是否處于擰起狀態(tài)；檢查接入拉力試驗機的電源電壓是否正常；檢查機器插座上的保險是否燒斷，請取出備用保險絲安裝即可。

免費為用戶(hù)提供所購儀器的安裝調試服務(wù)。在進(jìn)行安裝調試前用戶(hù)方應提供相應的準備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。設備安裝調試由多年行業(yè)資深工程師免費進(jìn)行。保證用戶(hù)可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護以及應及故障的處理。

2、培  訓：
我公司工程師免費為用戶(hù)提供操作人員培訓，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設備驗收標準：
用戶(hù)方按訂貨技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行驗收。并符合國家標準要求。設備驗收在用戶(hù)方進(jìn)行并由我公司安裝調試技術(shù)人員和用戶(hù)共同在維修報告上簽字以確認儀器的調試工作完成。

4、設備維修服務(wù)：
我公司產(chǎn)品自用戶(hù)現場(chǎng)調試驗收合格后2年內免費保修，終身維護。在2年免費保修期內產(chǎn)品發(fā)生非人為質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，我公司為客戶(hù)提供免費維修。如產(chǎn)品在免費保修期外出現故障，維修服務(wù)只適當收取材料成本費。

5、技術(shù)zhi持：
對于所需儀器的用戶(hù)，根據用戶(hù)的要求提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的技術(shù)方案。除了常規的儀器服務(wù)外，我公司技術(shù)部還可為用戶(hù)提供各種非常規設備的技術(shù)zhi持。

6、售后響應：
在接到用戶(hù)維修邀請后，2小時(shí)內做出反應，并給予解決。如未解決，我公司指派工程師及時(shí)到達用戶(hù)現場(chǎng)，解決問(wèn)題至設備正常使用為止。

2. Training: 
Our company's engineers provide free operator training for users until the operators can operate independently. 
3. Equipment acceptance standard: 
The user shall conduct acceptance according to the order technical requirements. And meet the requirements of national standards. The equipment acceptance shall be conducted by the user side, and the installation and commissioning technicians of our company and the user shall jointly sign the maintenance report to confirm the completion of the instrument commissioning. 
4. Equipment maintenance service: 
Our company's products are free of charge for warranty and lifetime maintenance within 2 years after the user's on-site commissioning and acceptance. During the 2-year free warranty period, our company provides free maintenance for customers in case of non-human quality problems. If the product breaks down outside the free warranty period, the maintenance service will only charge the material cost properly. 
5. Technical support: 
For the users of required instruments, professional technical solutions shall be provided according to the requirements of users. In addition to conventional instrument services, our company's technical department can also provide users with technical support for various unconventional equipment. 
6. After sales response: 
After receiving the user's maintenance invitation, respond within 2 hours and solve it. If it is not solved, our company will assign engineers to arrive at the user's site in time to solve the problem until the equipment is in normal use.
