海綿往復沖擊疲勞壓陷測定儀-制造標準：（GB/T 18941 ISO 3385）《 軟質(zhì)泡沫聚合材料.用定載沖擊法測定疲勞》 

一、海綿往復沖擊疲勞壓陷試驗機主要適用范圍及功能：
主要用于泡沫聚合材料的往復沖擊壓縮疲勞試驗，測定試樣的厚度減少值和硬度降低值（殘余變形率），并由此可以了解材料的動(dòng)態(tài)疲勞特性。本儀器同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足我國汽車(chē)工業(yè)標準QCT56-93《汽車(chē)座椅襯墊材料性能試驗方法》和日本汽車(chē)工業(yè)標準JASOB408-84等國外標準的要求。
     本儀器采用微處理器進(jìn)行控制，自動(dòng)設定加載負荷大小及往復壓縮次數，當負荷小于或大于設定負荷時(shí)能夠自動(dòng)調節，保持在設定的負荷數值下進(jìn)行試驗。液晶屏顯示中文操作，本儀器具有使用操作方便，性能可靠，測量精度高等特點(diǎn)。
