1、          自動(dòng)進(jìn)氣控制
完整性測試儀采用了國外通用的全自動(dòng)數字進(jìn)氣控制子系統，拋棄了國內落后的機械式半自動(dòng)進(jìn)氣方式（即采用手動(dòng)調節單向節流閥的方法，來(lái)改變氣體流速），使測試儀在不同的氣源壓力和測試條件下都能穩定可靠的工作，特別是當客戶(hù)采用的氣源壓力波動(dòng)比較大時(shí)，儀器自身所具有自動(dòng)穩定和數字控制技術(shù)，保證了測試結果的精度和準確性。

2 氣泡點(diǎn)測試原理 : 取一定材質(zhì)的濾膜或濾芯，用一定的溶液潤濕后，在膜的一側用氣體加壓，隨著(zhù)壓力的增加，氣體從濾膜另一側釋放，出現大小、數量不等的氣泡，對應的壓力值為泡點(diǎn)值。

3 擴散流測試： 指當氣體壓力在濾芯起泡點(diǎn)值的 80% 時(shí) , 這時(shí)還沒(méi)有出現大量的氣體穿孔而過(guò), 只是少量的氣體先溶解到液相的隔膜中 , 然后從該液相擴散到另一面的氣相中 , 這部分氣體稱(chēng)之為擴散流。 ( 壓縮空氣每分鐘通過(guò)膜孔液體的分子流 )

4 為什么擴散流的方法更好？
起泡點(diǎn)值只是一個(gè)定性的值，從開(kāi)始起泡到zui后的群起泡是一個(gè)比較長(cháng)的過(guò)程，不能準確的定量。而測量擴散流值是一個(gè)定量值 , 不但能準確的確定過(guò)濾器的完整性，而且還能反應出膜的孔隙率、流量和有效過(guò)濾面積等方面的問(wèn)題，同時(shí)擴散流的測試壓力要低于zui小泡點(diǎn)的壓力，能起到保護濾芯、延長(cháng)濾芯使用壽命的目的，這也就是為什么現在國外濾芯廠(chǎng)家都只用擴散流法測試完整性的原因。
5 水浸入法介紹
以前 : 疏水濾芯用有機溶液測試
由于疏水性的多孔濾膜不能被水相溶液潤濕，必須使用異丙醇 / 水的混合溶液來(lái)潤濕濾膜。
缺點(diǎn)：
1 過(guò)濾時(shí)疏水性是空氣濾芯的特點(diǎn)但在測試時(shí)卻需要將濾芯親水化
2 通常濾芯必須從過(guò)濾濾殼中取出并在另一個(gè)獨立的濾殼中測試，同時(shí)要求設備的防爆性能。
3 異丙醇測試只能在滅菌前進(jìn)行
4 異丙醇作為氣體污染物必須被*去除
5 無(wú)法檢測濾芯的疏水性    6 無(wú)法檢測濾芯安裝的正確性
水浸入法測試的介紹：
在一定的壓力下，測量擠入疏水性濾膜中的水的流量來(lái)判斷濾芯的孔徑。 孔越小，侵入就越少。zui大的侵入發(fā)生在zui大的孔。如果孔徑 “ 太大 ", 水就會(huì )穿透過(guò)去。 在小于臨界壓力的測試壓力作用下，水不能通過(guò)膜而只能浸入到膜基體中，水優(yōu)先浸入zui大的膜孔。浸入膜基體的水不會(huì )與透過(guò)膜的水相混淆，浸入是一個(gè)極為緩慢的過(guò)程，為了在下游端得到水，需要保持很長(cháng)時(shí)間的壓力。
