介電常數與介質(zhì)損耗測定儀使用時(shí)的注意事項

1、試驗過(guò)程中不能讓無(wú)關(guān)人員靠近，因本試驗儀器可產(chǎn)生較高的電壓，未經(jīng)過(guò)培訓的人員不能使用該設備。試驗時(shí)要有監護人員，不要單人使用。以防萬(wàn)一發(fā)生意外情況。

2、長(cháng)時(shí)間不使用設備，在再使用時(shí)，先讓儀器空載加壓一次，即把高壓電極的接線(xiàn)從均壓球上取下。查看計算機試驗界面，看看高壓電壓是否正常。

3、試驗中發(fā)生意外情況要及時(shí)切斷電源，問(wèn)題處理后才能繼續試驗。

4、設備安放要平穩，安放的地面要堅固。是水泥地面以免產(chǎn)生共振。

5、該設備在使用中外殼要接保護地線(xiàn)，既設備外殼接大地,以保護操作人員和設備運行的安全。

6、使用完設備后，要關(guān)掉系統各部分電源，不準帶電插拔電源線(xiàn)。

7、要按規定的電源電壓接入設備。確保電路接線(xiàn)正確。否則會(huì )損壞設備。

8、該儀器需安置在室內，實(shí)驗室應整潔、干燥、無(wú)腐蝕性介質(zhì)，非相人員不要隨意操作。

9、不要讓設備電纜碰到尖邊，以免劃破電纜絕緣；不要讓電纜壓在重物之下，以免壓斷電纜引起火災；不要用電纜拉物體或用電纜捆綁物體，以免拉斷電纜使設備不能正常運轉。

10、不要讓設備碰到水濺，腐蝕性氣體，可燃氣體和可燃物。如果不避免，可能火災。

11、搬動(dòng)設備時(shí),要切斷設備電源,既要把插頭從插座中拔下。禁止搬動(dòng)設備時(shí)放倒設備或傾斜45°角以上。

12、不要在設備運行時(shí)插拔設備的電源插頭。

電感器：

按測試頻率要求，需要配置不同量的電感器。

例如：在1MHz測試頻率時(shí)，要配250μH電感器，在50MHz測試頻率時(shí)，要配0.1μH電感器等。

高頻介質(zhì)樣品（選購件）：
在現行高頻介質(zhì)材料檢定系統中，檢定部門(mén)為高頻介質(zhì)損耗測量?jì)x提供的測量標準是高頻標準介質(zhì)樣品。

該樣品由人工藍寶石，石英玻璃，氧化鋁陶瓷，聚四氟乙烯，環(huán)氧板等材料做成Φ50mm，厚1～2mm測試樣品。用戶(hù)可按需訂購，以保證測試裝置的重復性和準確性。

工作頻率范圍是10kHz～120MHz,它能完成工作頻率內材料的高頻介質(zhì)損耗角(tanδ)和介電常數(ε)變化的測試。

本儀器中測試裝置是由平板電容器和測微圓筒線(xiàn)性電容器組成，平板電容器一般用來(lái)夾被測樣品，配用Q表作為指示儀器。

絕緣材料的損耗角正切值是通過(guò)被測樣品放入平板電容器和不放樣品的Q值變化和厚度的刻度讀數通過(guò)公式計算得到。

同樣，由測微圓筒線(xiàn)性電容器的電容量讀數變化，通過(guò)公式計算得到介電常數。
