試驗介質(zhì)：空氣，試驗油    安裝靈敏度較高的過(guò)電流保護裝置保證試樣擊穿時(shí)在0.05S內切斷電源。  儀器配備*故障報警系統 避免用戶(hù)操作故障儀器發(fā)生危險。（上位機報警和下位機報警）

整機組成：

1、升壓部件：2、動(dòng)部件/3、檢測部件/4、計算機軟件/5、試驗電極：

/1、由調壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、由步進(jìn)電機均勻調節調壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、由集成電路組成的測量電路。通過(guò)信號線(xiàn)把檢測的模擬信號和開(kāi)關(guān)信號傳給計算機。

4、通過(guò)智能電路把由檢測設備采集的測控信號傳給計算機。計算機根據采集的信息控制設備運行并處理試驗結果。

5、根據國家標準(1408.1-2006)隨設備提供三個(gè)電極，具體規格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個(gè)；Ф75mm×25mm一個(gè)。

絕緣介質(zhì)在空氣或液體介質(zhì)中，測量工頻（48~62Hz）或對應直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r(shí)間。

適用于連續均勻升壓或逐級升壓的方式，對試樣施加交流/或直流，電壓直至擊穿，測量擊穿電壓值，計算試樣的擊穿強度；用迅速升壓的方法，將電壓升到規定值，保持一定的時(shí)間試樣不擊穿，定此時(shí)規定值為試樣的耐電壓值。
